Michael founded RevSpan Advisors after thirteen years advising C-level GTM leaders at some of the most analytically demanding organizations in B2B — Fortune 50, Fortune 500, and PE-backed SaaS businesses operating from $100M to $2 billion in ARR.

Before he ever built a forecasting model or designed a RevOps function, Michael carried a quota. He has won deals and lost them, sat in pipeline reviews from the rep's chair, and felt the gap between what the CRM says and what the quarter actually delivers. That experience shapes everything about how RevSpan approaches its work — because the advice is built on what actually happens in the field, not just what the data suggests it should.

His work spans the full revenue operations stack: sales forecasting, ICP development, intent signal strategy, capacity planning, compensation design, management systems, and the organizational design of RevOps functions built to scale. He has shortened sales cycles, improved win rates, and helped CROs walk into board meetings with forecasts they could actually defend.

The analytical foundation runs deep. Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Science in Data Science from SMU, where his work focused on natural language processing, classification algorithms, and geospatial data visualization. The models are rigorous. The recommendations are practical. That combination is harder to find than it sounds.

Outside of Work

Michael lives in North Texas with his family. He grew up in a Navy family that moved often, eventually finding his footing in rural Northern Oklahoma — graduating in a class of 23 and becoming the first in his family to attend college. In the summers, you'll find him in the mountains. In the winters, closer to the water.
